La separazione del flusso dei prodotti sfusi risulta estremamente fluida, veloce e performante grazie alla presenza di due barre contrapposte sopraelevate che rilasciano il gruppo di prodotti in base al formato impostato. Il dispositivo totalmente automatico preposto a tale funzione è estremamente efficiente, poiché non adotta i sistemi tradizionali di separazione prodotto dal basso, tramite pioli, ed assicura ai prodotti stessi la possibilità di avanzare in maniere fluida e rapida sul nastro trasportatore; fattore, questo, estremamente importante nelle lavorazioni ad alta velocità di produzione.
Per passare da un formato all’altro è sufficiente smontare, da ognuna delle due barre sopraelevate, le due piastre che montano i pioli separatori e montare quelle predisposte con i pioli adatti al rilascio del gruppo di prodotti per il nuovo formato da lavorare. L’operazione è rapidissima e precisa e riduce il rischio di errore umano dal momento che, grazie all’innovativo sistema di sgancio e aggancio rapido, è possibile sfilare la piastra non più necessaria ed inserire quella nuova per il formato in uso. Per eseguire questa operazione di sblocco/blocco non servono viti e/o attrezzi particolari; pertanto, qualsiasi operatore può facilmente e rapidamente eseguire la modifica assicurando un aumento di produttività ed efficienza della linea di produzione.

The reduction of format changeover times and, consequently, the improvement of the machine’s operational performance, is ensured by an innovative top product separation system.
The separation of the loose product flow is extremely smooth, fast, and efficient thanks to the presence of two opposing elevated bars that release the product group based on the set format. The fully automatic device designated for this function is highly efficient, as it does not use traditional bottom product separation systems with pins, and it ensures that the products themselves can move smoothly and quickly on the conveyor belt; this is a factor that is extremely important in high-speed production processes.
To switch from one format to another, it is, in fact, sufficient to disassemble the two plates that hold the separator pins from each of the two elevated bars and install those prepared with the pins suitable for releasing the group of products for the new format to be processed. The operation is very quick and precise and reduces the risk of human error since, thanks to the innovative quick release and locking system, it is possible to remove the plate that is no longer needed and insert the new one for the format in use. No screws and/or special tools are required to perform this unlocking/locking operation; therefore, any operator can easily and quickly make this modification, ensuring an increase in productivity and efficiency of the production line.
