I materiali impiegati sono acciaio inox AISI 316L ricavato dalla barra piena, lavorato con i più moderni sistemi per ottenere superfici perfettamente lisce e compatte, per soddisfare gli elevati standard di finitura dei settori cosmetico e farmaceutico. La girante all’interno del corpo pompa è flessibile, in elastomero certificato FDA, in ottemperanza alla normativa 1935/2004 materiali a contatto di alimenti. Per le apparecchiature destinate ad uso alimentare, cosmetico e farmaceutico viene rilasciata la certificazione MOCA delle parti a contatto con il prodotto.
Durante la filtrazione e il travaso è importante rispettare e non alterare le caratteristiche dei fluidi cosmetici e farmaceutici, che spesso sono molto delicati e quindi non vanno emulsionati o stressati. A volte le creme cosmetiche e farmaceutiche o i gel hanno una elevata viscosità ed il loro travaso nelle varie fasi del processo produttivo può presentare criticità. In questi casi le elettropompe sanitarie WOLHFARTH a girante flessibile rappresentano una soluzione perché la loro forma costruttiva permette una elevata forza adescante e le alette flessibili della girante creando risucchio trasportano delicatamente il prodotto, in modo che non si formino bolle d’aria o schiuma. Particolarmente apprezzate sono le esecuzioni con motore a basso numero di giri o con variatore di velocità meccanico o elettronico a bordo pompa. Maggiore è la viscosità del prodotto minore deve essere la velocità del motore per ottenere un trasferimento sicuro e mantenere la qualità del prodotto che si sta trattando. In recent years, especially after the COVID emergency, we have witnessed a constant growth in demand in the cosmetic & pharma industries, with the onset of emerging collateral branches, such as nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals. Greater demand in these areas has meant higher production volumes, more stringent hygiene standards and increasingly controlled and traceable processes. In these contexts, every phase of the process becomes strategic, including filtration and the transfer of fluids in the systems.
Suitable materials, easy-to-sanitise surfaces and reliable systems are essential to ensure the safety and quality of the final product. It is precisely in this scenario that for over 60 years BRUNO WOLHFARTH has been developing solutions for the filtration and transfer of fluid products, designed to bolster the needs of more sensitive sectors.
The materials used are made of AISI 316L stainless steel obtained from a solid bar, machined with the most modern systems resulting in perfectly smooth and compact surfaces, to meet the high finishing standards of the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors. The impeller inside the pump body is flexible, made of FDA certified elastomer, in compliance with standard 1935/2004 on materials intended to come into contact with food. For equipment intended for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical use, FCM certification is issued for the parts in contact with the product.
During filtration and transfer, it is crucial for the characteristics of cosmetic and pharmaceutical fluids to be respected and not changed, as they are often quite delicate and therefore should not be emulsified or stressed. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical creams or gels often have a high viscosity and their transfer during the various phases of the production process can pose critical issues. In these cases, WOLHFARTH sanitary electric pumps with flexible impeller are a good solution as their structural shape provides a high priming force and the flexible impeller fins, creating suction, gently transport the product, so that air bubbles or foam do not form. The versions with low-rev motors or with mechanical or electronic speed variators on the pump are especially popular. The higher the viscosity of the product, the lower the motor speed required to achieve safe transfer and maintain the quality of the product being processed.
