From 23 to 25 September 2025, POWTECH TECHNOPHARM reopens its doors to the powder, solids and liquid processing technology sector for various application areas. And thanks to the co-location with FACHPACK, the European trade fair dedicated to packaging, the two events will create interesting synergies by offering solutions for the entire production chain: from processing to packaging.
A rich programme with some news!
Just over two months to go until the start of POWTECH TECHNOPHARM: for this autumn edition, around 600 exhibitors are expected in the 4 dedicated pavilions and several special areas and events are planned. In addition to the Networking Pavilion and the POWTECH Forum, it will also be possible to attend the TECHNOPHARM Forum and the VDMA Forum (German association for mechanical and plant engineering) entitled “Experience the process chain of the bulk solids industry first-hand”. A new feature of the programme is the appointment with “Women4Processing”, a network that brings together all women working in the processing industry with the aim of offering female workers a common platform where they can exchange knowledge and ideas.
A network for the processing community
This year, POWTECH TECHNOPHARM launched a new initiative called PROCESSING ALLIANCE with the aim of creating professional relationships in international markets: it is an international network of events dedicated to the processing community that aims to respond to the challenges and new market changes in various countries, focusing even more on customer benefits.
Among the various represented sectors, also food and pet food
The list of powdered foods on the shelves of supermarkets is long enough, but it gets even longer when you also consider the products that are used to make powdered or granulated foodstuffs. As in pharmaceutical engineering, the machinery and systems used in food technology are subject to strict hygiene requirements and regulations. Those looking for the best technology are also influenced by environmental factors. Energy efficiency, for example, is key to mechanical and thermal processes, as well as conveying. And it should also be mentioned that a HACCP concept with the right quality management systems is absolutely essential.
Exhibitors at POWTECH TECHNOPHARM take all this into account in their solutions for the food industry.
And in addition to food and pet food, the exhibition also offers a range of solutions for other industrial sectors, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, ceramics and glass, energy and environment, plastics and constructions. Dal 23 al 25 settembre 2025 POWTECH TECHNOPHARM riapre le porte sul settore delle tecnologie di processo per polveri, solidi e liquidi per diversi settori di applicazione. E grazie alla co-locazione con FACHPACK, il salone europeo dedicato al mondo del packaging, le due manifestazioni creeranno interessanti sinergie per tutti gli operatori presenti offrendo soluzioni per l’intera filiera produttiva: dal processing al packaging.
Un ricco programma con interessanti novità!
Mancano ormai poco più di due mesi all’inizio di POWTECH TECHNOPHARM: per questa edizione autunnale sono previsti circa 600 espositori distribuiti nei 4 padiglioni dedicati e diverse sono le aree speciali e gli eventi in programma. Oltre al Networking Pavilion e al POWTECH Forum, sarà possibile partecipare anche al TECHNOPHARM Forum e al Forum VDMA (associazione tedesca per il settore dell’ingegneria meccanica ed impiantistica) dal titolo “Experience the process chain of the bulk solids industry first-hand”. Una novità nel programma è l’appuntamento con “Women4Processing”, un network che riunisce tutte le donne che lavorano nel settore del processing con l’obbiettivo di offrire alle operatrici donne una piattaforma comune dove potersi scambiare conoscenze e idee.

Quest’anno POWTECH TECHNOPHARM ha lanciato la nuova iniziativa chiamata PROCESSING ALLIANCE allo scopo di creare relazioni professionali nei mercati internazionali: si tratta di una rete internazionale di eventi di riferimento per la comunità del processing che si propone di rispondere alle sfide e ai nuovi cambiamenti del mercato nei vari Paesi, concentrandosi in modo ancora più mirato sui benefici per i clienti.
Tra i vari settori rappresentati, anche food e pet food
L’elenco degli alimenti in polvere sugli scaffali dei supermercati è abbastanza lungo, ma la lista si allunga ulteriormente se si considerano anche i prodotti utilizzati per la produzione di alimenti in polvere o granulari. Come nell’industria farmaceutica, i macchinari e i sistemi utilizzati per la produzione alimentare sono soggetti a requisiti e normative igieniche rigorose. Chi è alla ricerca della migliore tecnologia è anche influenzato da fattori ambientali. L’efficienza energetica, ad esempio, è fondamentale per i processi meccanici e termici, oltre che per il trasporto. E non va dimenticato che un concetto HACCP con i giusti sistemi di gestione della qualità è assolutamente essenziale.
